Do we cut custom sizes of mirrors?

Yes! We are able to custom fabricate mirrors to your specific size.

Do we stock shower doors?

No, due to the custom nature of our shower doors we do not stock them.

Do we have frame options for our mirrors?

Yes! We have hundreds of options to choose from. Stop into either of our showrooms to look at and check out samples!

Do you do commercial as well as residential projects?
There is no limitation to the creative design and custom fit of our commercial work and products. We will work with your architect to achieve the desired look and reputation you expect and deserve.
Do you need to have backing for your euro shower?

Yes! You must absolutely have backing.

What needs to be done in order for us to come out and measure?

For us to come out and measure you must have:

Mirrors: Countertops and backsplash must be in.

Showers: Your tile must be in.


What is our turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time from the time you sign your estimate and drawing and pay half down is:

Mirrors: 7-10 business days

Euro showers: 12-15 business days

Other showers: 10-12 business days

“I have my bid and want to start the process, now what?”

Once you have your bid you must sign the estimate and the drawing (if a drawing is required). Once we have received that, we will call you to take a 50% deposit.

How do I pay the remaining balance on my mirror, shower, or hardware?

Once we send you the final bill, you are able to call in and pay the remaining balance.

Do we do free estimates?

We do for mirrors and showers! For windows, we do require a nonrefundable $50 travel charge, however, that $50 will be used towards the purchase of your window(s).

Do we repair showers we didn’t install?

We don’t. Our shower parts don’t work with other shower manufactures.

Do we install hardware you didn’t get from us?

We don’t. We only install hardware you buy from Tanner Glass.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, we warranty it for up to a year.

“You just bid my shower, but I haven’t decided on a color for the fixtures. What colors are included in my bid?”

Chrome, Brushed Nickel, and Oil Rubbed Bronze are included. Any other color will be an additional charge.
